Ashtanga Teacher Authorization

In June 2005, Heather Duplex received the Authorization to teach the Ashtanga Yoga method from The Ashtanga Yoga Research Institute. To date, Heather has made six trips to Mysore, the most recent being in February - March of 2007. Her first trip to Mysore was in 1996.
