Good Beds

This is about good beds; it's not about being good in bed. The two don't have to be mutually exclusive. Anyway, back to my main idea.

I remember those early Tempurpedic commercials almost every time that I hop into my bed. In the old commercials, there was a mattress with a glass of red wine on one side of it. A woman would bounce on the opposite side of the bed, and the wine wouldn't spill.

Probably a decade after that commercial, Caleb and I could afford to buy a Tempurpedic mattress. I got the Grand bed, and it is the most firm mattress that the company carries.

That bed was expensive!! However, the salesperson resonated with me when he said, "Think about it. You spend as much time in your bed every night as you would spend driving to San Antonio (about an 8 hour trip at that point in my life). Shouldn't your body be supported for those hours?" I absolutely agreed and home I went with my glorious bed.

Y'all, this bed is highly responsive. Any place that I have uneven pressure, the material adjusts accordingly. It's so nice to just be able to release into support at night time, and not toss and turn. I'm always looking for ways to increase peace in my life, and a good bed is worth its weight in sage.
