Vitamin Deficiencies
I've been doing vitamin IV drips for more than a year. Since starting these drips, I have reduced the amount of anxiety medication I take to help me fall asleep. Previously, I took 1mg of alprazolam every night for a few years because sleep was so elusive. Now, I only take a quarter of a milligram occasionally when something stresses out my system and I can't sleep.
My body and mind have benefitted from having a balanced and regular influx of vitamins (combined with many other components of healthy living). I'm not in constant pain anymore, my joints are healthier, I don't need fibromyalgia medicine, and I'm not going into anxiety attacks, my mind doesn't go into a frenzy when I'm trying to fall asleep, and I don't feel a sense of doom in the mornings when I wake up.
I think most of my issues came from me being depleted of nutrients. I hope that when you read this, if you've had similar experiences, you can start looking into vitamin deficiencies and your body.
